Combinaison – Les Loups Noirs, 1978

🐺🎶🥁🎸💥 In 1978, Haiti’s Loups Noirs were already in their tenth year, and the album Combinaison was around their twentieth production – it’s always difficult to count precisely, but the pace of releases was steady. Les Loups Noirs live up to their reputation here, with a series of irresistible compas, including, of course, Combinaison itself. At the end of the flip, Les Loups Noirs celebrate the Orisha of lightning, Shango, with his funky intro.
