🎶🚖🎤🌴🕺 In 1979, the group Puissance 8 from Le Vauclin were still going strong with their compas-style cadence. Admittedly, the group’s emblematic lead singer José Rébus, who had scored a hit with the group on Ma Maitresse d’Ecole a few years earlier, was no longer there. But with this Chofé Taksi, Puissance 8, celebrating the group’s sixth anniversary under the leadership of Félix Macambou, and with vocals by Raymond Occolier, maintains the level perfectly, between cadence, beguine and mazurka.
